No fee will be paid to any staffing agency, employment agency, or consulting agency who submit an unsolicited resume or other information relating to referral of candidates for prospective employment in positions at Strasbaugh. Such submittals shall be made with the express understanding Strasbaugh is free to pursue the candidate in absence of a written placement agency contract signed by Human Resources Management, or an Officer of the Company.
